Instructions. Preheat an oven to 500 F. If you have a pizza stone preheat the stone for at least 20 minutes. Sprinkle a pizza peel with flour and stretch your douhg to form a large circle. Spread a thin layer of fig jam onto the dough leaving about a 1 inch boarder. Sprinkle with cheese and top with proscuitto.

Instructions. Preheat oven to 425°F or as specified on your dough. In a medium saucepan on medium low, add 2 tablespoons olive oil & onion. Allow to caramelize while preparing the pizza. Roll dough out on floured surface, brush crust with olive oil. Using a large spoon, smooth a light layer of fig jam over the crust.

On a floured pizza peel, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch (30-cm) round. If the dough springs back, let it rest for about 10 minutes before continuing. Leaving a 1-inch (2.5-cm) border, spread the fig jam over the dough round and top with the cheese. Cover the pizza with the prosciutto.

Put back into oven for 6-10 more minutes. Watch the pizza closely. The pizza is done when the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Immediately after pizza is removed from oven, carefully add 4 ounces of prosciutto slices, 2 cups (~1.5 ounces) arugula, and the spicy fig jam. Enjoy!

Instructions. Preheat your oven to 425℉ (or 220℃). Invert 2 metal baking sheets and lightly brush or spray with olive oil. Working with the first half of the dough, stretch and press the dough into a desired shape. Spread some of the fig jam, leaving 1/2-inch edge.

Do this 30 minutes prior to cooking the pizza. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a medium skillet. Add the shallots, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until very soft and browned, approx 8-10 minutes. Stir in the garlic and the thyme cook for 30 more seconds then remove from heat.

Use a pair of long handled tongs to peek under pizza to see if it is properly browned. If your oven gets hotter than 500 degrees, it may cook in as little as five to six.

Directions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place your crust on the pan and drizzle olive oil lightly on the top. Keep it in the oven for about 3-5 minutes. Take it out and spread fig jam all over the crust. Then, add fresh mozzarella slices on the crust. Place it back in the oven until the mozzarella is melted.

Spread a thin coating of fig jam over the dough until lightly but fully covered. Leave a 1.5-inch crust around the exterior. The back of a spoon works best. Add the mozzarella cheese first and then top with pieces of torn prosciutto. Slide the finished pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on a flat surface area. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness. Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Roll up the edges of the dough to create a crust, and top with olive oil, brie and fig jam. Once the oven is preheated, bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Brush the jam mixture over the pizza. Sprinkle the thyme, salt and pepper over the jam. Spread the caramelized onions over the jam. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza. Place pizza back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and immediately lay prosciutto slices over the cheese.
